Ranch Day – July 4, 2026
Share
Ranch Day on July 4, 2026 was another incredible day of serving families in our community! Under a bright Texas sun, hundreds of families gathered to enjoy a day filled with hope, fellowship, encouragement, and practical support.
One of the highlights of the day was a free car wash and vehicle detailing service provided by Ellis Klaas, who generously donated his time and talents to bless families in attendance.
Guests also enjoyed a delicious Chick-fil-A lunch featuring chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, and lemonade, generously sponsored by White's Chapel Methodist Church in Southlake. We are deeply grateful for their partnership and commitment to helping families in need.
As always, Ranch Day is made possible through the faithful generosity of Chuck Watson, Founder of the Widows and Orphans Network, and his wonderful family. Their unwavering support continues to make a lasting impact on countless single-parent families throughout our community.
Throughout the day, families enjoyed a wide variety of activities, services, and resources, including:
- Horse Rides
- Face Painting by Julianne Rhodes and volunteers
- Fishing hosted by Andy Wallace and volunteers
- Prayer Tent led by Randell Graham
- Golden Nugget devotional message presented by Cameron Allen
- Petting Zoo, sponsored by White's Chapel Methodist Church
- Free Haircuts for children ages 12 and under by Ulysses Cofield
- Free Head and Shoulder Massages, sponsored by AnnDean Charles
- Power to the Period feminine hygiene supplies, sponsored by Brooklyn Zimmerman
- A Free Garage Sale featuring clothing, coats, shoes, furniture, toys, household goods, school supplies, and much more
Every Ranch Day is about more than providing resources—it is about sharing the love of Jesus Christ, encouraging families, building community, and reminding every parent and child that they are seen, valued, and loved.
We are incredibly thankful for every volunteer, sponsor, donor, and community partner who made this day possible. Your generosity allows us to continue bringing hope, practical assistance, and the love of Christ to families facing difficult circumstances.
We are already looking forward to welcoming everyone back for our next Ranch Day. Thank you for being part of this mission as we continue helping single-parent families, strengthening our community, and sharing God's love—one family at a time.
