Eyes Opened

"As they sat down to eat, he took the bread and blessed it. Then he broke it and gave it to them. Suddenly, their eyes were opened, and they recognized him. And at that moment he disappeared! They said to each other, “Didn’t our hearts burn within us as he talked with us on the road and explained the Scriptures to us?"

LUKE 24:30-32

When you accept Christ Jesus as Lord and truth - it becomes more difficult to live a sin filled life. As you accept Jesus - and follow him - The life of Christ is born in you - Christ Jesus gives you his spirit - his joy - his peace. There is no peace or joy without Jesus.

When you follow the Lord and do what he says, and you call on Jesus - the eternal Lord WILL show up - it is then - you can never live in the world again - but only for Jesus - to help spread the Word. Christ Jesus is the unseen life of eternity that is available for all who choose to see.

“Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road, has sent me so that you might regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” Instantly something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes, and he regained his sight. Then he got up and was baptized.” Acts 9:17-18
