Purpose In Christ

“I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father."

JOHN 14:12

The Lord provides dreams and visions to show his promise - to reveal his hope for you. He does not give a timeline - but does say keep watch and be ready. The testing and molding is the waiting and preparation game. God is omnipresent - omnipotent - all in all. His time is his time. 

You wait not on the Lord - but for you to accept the Lord's will in you. He is King - creator of the heavens, the moon and the stars - the creator of man. In anticipation after receiving a vision - take heart - in the spirit of God - that he is literally with you in everything. You are not early or late - but exactly on time. 

It takes time to be molded properly by the Lord to be able to fulfill the Lord's vision in you. Be patient with yourself and the growth process of changing your entire disposition to be reflective of the Lord. To do the same works as Jesus, it requires his holy spirit to operate freely through your body. This is what Jesus did and what he was explaining.

Jesus always did what our father in heaven said because he was completely filled with the holy spirit of God, because God is a Spirit. To do the same stuff that Jesus did requires being completely filled by the Holy Spirit of Jesus. As you walk this out in practice during the daily life that you live, you are made over to live the life that has been prepared for you in advance by God.

"A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit. The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him—the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord—and he will delight in the fear of the Lord." Isaiah 11:1-3 

 "In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious. In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of the Mediterranean. He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth." Isaiah 11:10-12
