Working Out Faith

Working Out Faith

"You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it.”

MATTHEW 21:22

Faith is worked out by asking God for help and walking out the results of your ask. To ask God anything, you must believe that he exists - and you must feel that you are lacking something or need something. To know that you need God - is where faith begins. To believe that you can ask God for help and that he will help you in your current situation is walking out your faith.

To not ask God is to not have enough faith to believe that he will help you in your current situation. Faith is only worked out by asking with sincere heart - letting the worries of your mind go - and taking each next step and breath with the understanding that God is working on your behalf - both inside of you and outside of you. He desires nothing more than for you to seek him and call to him. His victory over death was for you - such that you could seek him, call to him and have him guide you into his will.

“We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love.” 1 John 4:16

“I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life.” John 5:24

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

“The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles.” Psalm 34:17
